After I parked my car, I was walking in between another parked car and my vehicle and the tailpipe burnt the back of my left calf. I got out of the driver side. I was driving the car. This is also happened about six months ago to my daughter, who was exiting the car from the backseat and burnt her leg on the tailpipe because the tailpipe of this vehicle is located right under the passenger’s door and sticks out. I uploaded photos of the second-degree burn that I have. It’s blistering now.

While driving on a California freeway at highway speed, the vehicle unexpectedly decelerated and the seatbelts tightened as though a collision avoidance or emergency safety system had activated. There was no apparent vehicle, obstacle, or roadway hazard present that would explain the event. The incident occurred while family members, including a child passenger, were in the vehicle. The unexpected deceleration and seatbelt tightening created a significant safety concern because it occurred at…

In all cases, there was no risk of collision and the system engages with false positive alerts. The console display will indicate the area where the vehicle believed a collision may occur and there is nothing in that vicinity. The risk of injury and bodily harm is significant with this system as the…

Mercedes refuses to come up with a solution. I have been dealing with this for 8 months now. I asked that they buy the car back since it is a safety concern. I do not feel safe driving it. yet i have to keep paying for the car that sits there? They are not coming up with a solution and i already had this replaced last October when it broke for the first time. i am really upset with owning a car i cannot drive because of safety concerns.

Was driving the vehicle on the street when it turned off without notice. I pressed the gas pedal and noticed the vehicle did not accelerate. The cluster showed “see manual” , a red exclamation ❗️and all the warning lights were illuminated. I had to bring the vehicle to a complete stop in traffic, set it back in Park and had to press the start button 2-3 times before the engine came Back on and quickly shift back in to Drive because I was blocking traffic
